To train for a marathon.
Whatever your reason — Leo coaches around it.
Leo syncs your training, remembers every conversation, and sharpens your plan every week — for a growing community of runners.
Your plan, your chat with Leo, your sessions: the whole app, now on iOS and Android.

Leo pulls your workouts automatically. Read-only — he never posts or changes anything on your accounts.

Leo analyzes 11 dimensions of how you train: endurance, speed, mountain sense, consistency, and more. From your real training data, he reveals which of 11 characters you are. Running stays at the heart, and cycling and triathlon now have their own too. Not a quiz. Not a choice. Who you actually are as a runner.

3 stages per character. Train consistently, and yours will evolve.
Your character is your pack.

The Arena brings together runners who actually train and who cheer each other on. Everyone follows their own plan, nobody is ranked, and the community moves forward on a map that unveils itself.
And our ambition does not stop at running.
Current season: the Ekiden Road, seven stages across a Japan of legend.

Most apps track numbers. Leo asks how your legs felt, how you slept, if that knee is still tight. He turns sensations into data — and data into decisions you can trust.
He monitors your training load week by week and speaks up before the breakdown does — not with jargon, but with "take tomorrow off."

Built on 425 scientific documents (consensus statements, meta-analyses, reviews, trials), each graded by level of evidence: periodization, biomechanics, nutrition, physiology, altitude. When two studies disagree, the more recent and better-supported one comes first. Leo doesn't recite research: he applies it to your training. He remembers that your left calf acts up after heavy weeks, that you race better with a 3-day taper. A coach who reads the science and knows you.

I tell him how I actually feel, and the plan adjusts. No more guilt when I skip a session: Leo rebuilds the week around it.

Leo spotted that my Thursdays were always flat and moved my hard sessions around. Everything clicked in the final block. Smashed my PB in Paris.

The climbing work was calibrated to my real Strava ascents, not generic hill repeats. On race day it felt like a course I already knew.

A coach who talks to me, remembers my knee and my work schedule. It's the first build-up where I don't feel alone with the plan.

I built Leo Training for my own build-up. For months, every time the plan got something wrong, I fixed the app rather than the session. It was my first ultra: 70 km, 5,600 m of climbing, and it went exactly as it should.

See all plansChatGPT gives you a generic plan based on a single conversation. Leo reads your real runs from your watch or Strava, tracks your training load week after week, remembers your history, monitors your shoe mileage, recalculates your paces every day and adapts your plan to how you actually feel, not just to what you typed once.
No. Leo reads one source of your choice: Strava, Suunto, Polar, COROS, Garmin, Apple Health or Health Connect. That is how he sees your pace, heart rate, elevation and training habits. Everything is read-only: he never posts or changes anything on your accounts.
Yes, on their own. Every day Leo computes an endurance index from your real runs and recalculates the paces of your upcoming quality sessions; your easy paces are re-anchored every week on the easy runs you actually did. Sessions in the next couple of days do not move, so the reminder you get the day before stays right.
If your last run is four weeks old or more, or you declare an injury that is not cleared, the plan opens as a return: two runs a week at most, week 1 as 20 to 25 minutes of walk-run, then about five more minutes each week, with the bike kept. Pain up to 5/10 is acceptable, no more than 5/10 the next morning, and nothing that rises from week to week; beyond that, the run becomes a ride.
Yes. If your week is all bike, Leo builds a real cyclist's week: a long ride counted on moving time, one quality day alternating tempo with threshold or VO2max work, and a threshold test in week 1. Without a power meter, a 30-minute heart-rate test sets your zones. For a runner, rides count in the plan as real sessions.
Yes, from sprint to Ironman, plus duathlon and aquabike. The plan holds the run, the bike and the swim, with brick sessions, a discipline-by-discipline taper and a long ride sized by race format. Your swim zones come from a CSS test (200 m and 400 m), your bike zones from your FTP or a heart-rate test.
Yes. No plan is written for anyone under 16, and at 16 or 17 the week holds five sessions at most. A declared contraindication (pregnancy, recent surgery, a heart condition) makes Leo ask or hold the plan back before any hard session. And the number of sessions starts from your history: never more than what you actually do, plus one.
You create your account, connect your watch or Strava, talk through your goal with Leo, and get your plan skeleton. Opening the full plan and the weekly coaching takes a subscription, and its first seven days are free.
Yes — Leo Training is available on the App Store and Google Play. Leo also works in your browser, on Telegram, and syncs with your watch, so you get the same coach everywhere.
Leo works with ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral, and any MCP-compatible tool. You can also use the iOS and Android apps, chat with him on Telegram, or use the web app.
You save your card and get the full coaching for seven days. Nothing is charged before day seven, so if you cancel first, you pay nothing. Cancelling takes one tap from your dashboard. If your subscription starts without free days, you get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
Your data is encrypted, never sold and never shared. Leo reads your training data only to coach you, nothing else.
No. The Arena is a shared expedition: each season, the community crosses stages together on a map, and everyone contributes simply by following their own plan. There is no ranking and nobody sees what you missed. Runners cheer each other on and help each other, like in the current season, a seven-stage ekiden.
Yes. Leo Training is the new name of Coach Leo since 9 October 2026: same product, same team, same accounts.
