Conference Services

The LEO Training platform was created and is managed by BlueGovTech, an IT Consulting & Project Management firm, based out of Colorado. We built LEO Training to provide a platform where members of law enforcement could easily connect with training events & providers. If your organization is planning a conference or seminar, we invite you to utilize our conference services, which include:

Event Publication

  • Event created and published on the home page of the LEO Training platform
  • Full itinerary for your event
  • Speaker/presenter list and details

Registration & Ticketing

  • Customized event registration form
  • Digital tickets, delivered to each attendee via email
  • Attendee notifications, customized welcome emails and ability to send text messages to entire attendee list

Platform Advertisements

  • Earn additional revenue by offering the following marketing opportunities to potential sponsors
  • Banner advertisement on home page of the LEO Training platform (suggested fee, $2,000+). This will be seen by ALL users of the platform, and not just those looking at your specific event. Limited to (1) sponsor. The advertisement will be published for a maximum of (7) days.
  • Pop-up advertisement on internal pages of LEO Training platform (suggested fee, $1,500+). This will be seen by ALL users of the platform, and not just those looking at your specific event. Limited to (5) sponsors. Each advertisement will be published for a maximum of (7) days.
  • Sponsor highlight on top of the speaker/presenter screen (suggested fee, $1,000+). Limited to (1) sponsor per event. The advertisement will be published as soon as your event goes live on the platform and will expire at the conclusion of the event.

Event Check-In

  • Easily check-in using our ticketing partner app on your own Apple (iOS) device
  • Request a rental iPad to use during the event - $100 fee

Fees

  • Event Publication – Free
  • Registration & Ticketing – 3.5% of each ticket purchased
  • Platform Advertisements - $250 flat fee
